Church of the Redeemer encourages congregant participation in leading through music. The Scriptures are filled with instruction to sing praise to God. Jesus sang hymns with his disciples. And in fact, artistic expression is such an important part of everyday life that God commands us all to engage in it, whether as professionals or amateurs, and to do so with joy (Psalm 67:4), originality (Psalm 96:1), and intellect (I Cor. 14:15).
Musicians
Instrumentalists at Redeemer are or have been at one time active in the professional music community in Atlanta. To see how you might become involved, e-mail Cory Sellers at cory@redeemeratlanta.org. In the e-mail, briefly describe your musical experience and your involvement at Redeemer. In most cases, you will be asked to participate in an informal audition.
Sound
If you have experience with operating sound systems, Redeemer has a frequent need for your gifts. Please contact Cory Sellers at cory@redeemeratlanta.org.

- preach the gospel
- praise God in psalms and hymns
- serve God in prayer
- observe the Lord’s Supper
Most of the things we do in worship we do because God has commanded us to do them. We are guided by scriptural principles in all aspects of worship.
