We're thankful for the people who've "risked" visiting our church! Many people have welcomed them and embraced them so that they've become a part of our community. We thank God for bringing them to us!

We are looking for Redeemer's Kids teachers for the fall. Each teacher teams up with one partner and teaches 18 weeks from September through May. Questions? Heather-heather@redeemeratlanta.org

Our first Leadership Community Meeting of the new ministry year will be on Monday evening, August 9, at 6:00 pm in the Commons. Minstry Team Leaders: please contact members of your team if you plan to meet as a group after the large meeting. Dinner starts at 6:00 at a cost of $7/person or $15/family. Please RSVP to marla@redeemeratlanta.org, and make sure to let her know if you need childcare.

Are you creative, energetic and organized? Do you like to plan events? Then join the events team and help plan the Fall Festival scheduled for October 23. Please contact Laura Stack, if you are interested in helping or if you would like more information.

Brent & Amity will provide the main dish; everyone else bring a side.

If you're somewhat new to Redeemer and you're interested in getting to know the church staff, come by Ewan's on Friday, August 6, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm for dessert. It's an informal time and a good setting that allows the staff to get to know you better. This is an "adults only" event. RSVP by completing the tear-off slip on the back of the worship guide and putting it in the offering basket, by signing up on the sheet in the foyer, or by emailing Marla Randolph, marla@redeemeratlanta.org.

Registration is now open for the October Wellspring "Battle for Men's Hearts" retreat: Thursday, October 28 – Sunday, October 31.  Participants attend this retreat in groups of 4, planning to meet weekly for at least 4-6 months in a follow-up process.  If you would like to attend, please gather a group of 4 men and email Pastor Ewan to begin the application process.  For more information on our Wellspring ministry, contact ewan@redeemeratlanta.org

Please mark your calendar for Saturday evening, August 28, when we'll celebrate all that God has done in the last year. We'll eat, dance, and party! More details will be coming soon, but book your babysitters now. Children 14 years and up are invited to attend.
