Summer Palooza 2012

It is almost here. Yes. It's true. You can all exhale and get ready for some serious excitement. During the summer months we have 12 weeks of mind blowing fun in Redeemer's Kids. We do Bible teaching, crafts, and amazingly awesome activities involving Mentos, Coke, shaving cream, paint, bubbles, just to name a few. The volunteer spots fill up quickly so please let us know when you would like be participate so we can lock in your spot. We welcome adults and teens. Questions? Heather-heather@redeemeratlanta.org.

Chuck your Change for Cherokee!

In the coming weeks you will see children from our mission team with containers to collect spare change. These are the kids who, with their parents, are going to Cherokee, NC to minister to the Cherokee people July 7-14. You can help send our team by bringing spare change from your pockets, purse, car or sofa. Let’s help our families spread the gospel in Cherokee!

International Hospitality Opportunity

COTR is partnering with RUF International and North Avenue Pres to host Asian students this August. These Tech graduate students have temporary housing needs (5-7 days) upon arrival in the US. Host families will provide a place to sleep, breakfast and transportation to/from Tech each day. This is a unique opportunity to offer hospitality and show God's love to foreigners in our city. Flip with Redeemer's Kids

Redeemer's Kids are collecting the flip tops from soda cans for the Ronald McDonald House. The Ronald McDonald House uses them to raise money. Please help our children give to our community by collecting flip tops. We will have a receptacle in the foyer. Questions? heather@redeemeratlanta.org.

Synchronicity Theatre presents Summer Camp at Redeemer

Get on board "Imagination Station" for a fabulous camp full of engaging theater fun for little ones. Through creative dramatic play, your preschooler will develop increased self-confidence, social interaction and creative expression skills. Our experienced teachers will help your children explore the depths of their imaginations through their voices and bodies, and in fun group activities.

Young Couples Small Group

Fellowship Lunch

With so many new people joining us every Sunday, it’s time to make fellowship a bit easier! On the first Sunday of the each month, we will gather together in the Commons for food and fellowship after the service. From the tiniest to the tallest, youngest to oldest, this is a great opportunity to eat and meet!! Redeemer Staff will bring the desserts and everyone else can plan to bring a side. 2nd Monday Dinner and Prayer

Every second Monday of the month we will gather for dinner and prayer in the commons. All are invited! In 2012, one of our hopes is that God would grow us as a family defined by worship and prayer. Corporate gathered prayer is a powerful means of grace. Dinner is from 6:00 - 6:30 PM and Prayer from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. Redeemer Youth Group

All Redeemer's middle and high school kids are invited to join together every other Thursday night for youth group! Our next time to get together will be on Thursday, May 24, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM in the youth room. Don't worry, dinner will be provided.
