Sunday Community Fall 2021
Join us on Sunday mornings from 9:15 – 10:30 am for the Sunday Community Hour for adults. A Sunday Community is just that—an easy first step into community on Sunday mornings before worship when we gather with our peers to study and learn the Bible together. To make sure we have plenty of time together, we begin gathering in the Commons at 9:15 for coffee and conversation followed by interactive Bible study around the tables from 9:30-10:30.
Fall Study: God’s Big Picture, facilitated by Jon Medlock.
“This fall we’re reflecting on how the Christian faith equips us to honestly ask and answer life’s most important questions: Who is God? What does it mean to be human? What is fundamentally wrong in this life, how can it be set right? And how do these answers help us orient ourselves in a world at once achingly beautiful and catastrophically broken. Along the way, we will find that the Bible is far more than a book of religion, and our faith much deeper and richer than rules to follow or doctrines to affirm. It is nothing less than the world’s true story. This group is facilitated by Jon Medlock, but its dialogical, seminar style depends on robust contribution from the group at large.”
